    You can customize your order based on your preferences when filling out your form.

  • During deer season, you can come drop your deer off during posted business hours. For drop-offs outside of scheduled hours of operation, please call in advance.

  • Absolutely. You can download and print the processing form from our website and bring it completed at drop-off. If you prefer, you can also fill it out when you arrive (we keep copies on site). Either way, you must call ahead to schedule your drop-off.

  • Yes! We offer a variety of specialty processing options, including:

    • Summer Sausage

    • Cheddar Cheese Summer Sausage

    • Snack Sticks

    • Cheddar Cheese Snack Sticks

    • Jerky

    • Bulk Sausage

    • Bratwurst

  • Yes. If you would like to keep the hide or head, just let us know at the time of drop-off or on your processing form and we will set it aside for you.

  • Yes, we offer both stew meat and canning meat as part of your processing options. Be sure to indicate your preference on your form.

  • Yes. Once your order is complete, you’ll be notified for pickup. Late fees may apply for orders not picked up in a timely manner.

    During peak seasons we appreciate our customers care and attention to helping us move orders out quickly, allowing the space for fellow hunters to drop off their deer for processing.

  • Simply call us to schedule your drop-off time. From there, you can bring your deer in along with your completed form—or fill one out when you arrive.
