To get started, fill out the form with some basic information about your order.
Please note: If you do not specify roast size or steak thickness, we assume our standard size cuts. Our standard size roasts are approximately 3 lbs/roast; standard chop and pork steak thickness is 3/4” cut.
PORK PROCESSING PRICING
Final invoice price will be determined by the total hanging weight multiplied by the current market rate for pork, which fluctuates. Then, tax and flat fees are added to your order for the butchering, processing, and packaging of your order.
Flat Fees:
Butchering Fee: $80
Meat Processing Fee: $.90/lb
Acceptable payment forms include credit, cash, or good checks. Returned checks will be subject to $50 return fee; credit card transactions subject to a 3.99% process fee which is handled directly through our payment servicing partner.
