  • Single Packaging Fee: $10 per quarter

  • Returned Check (NSF) Fee: $50

  • Late Pickup Fee: We may assess a late fee during peak season for orders not picked up in a timely manner. Storage space is limited.

    • 3.99% card processing fee (set by the payment processor)

    • $50 fee for returned checks

    • During peak season, we may assess a daily late fee for orders not picked up after completion

  • For pork and beef, orders are ready for pickup typically 7 - 14 days after the animal is received by Specialized. Turnaround time during hunting season and other high-demand times of the year can vary. We will notify you as soon as your order is complete and ready for pickup.

  • Yes, you must have an appointment for livestock delivery to ensure a staff member is around for the intake process.

    If you need to drop off a deer for processing, please do so during business hours, no appointment needed.

    We will contact you when your order is ready for a pickup and arrange an appointment time.
